The Heat Moisture Exchanger (HME) by Human Design Medical is a waterless humidification system. Human Design Medical designed this Heat Moisture Exchanger to provide moist air during sleep apnea therapy by catching exhaled moisture and returning it back to you when needed. Use the Heat Moisture Exchanger with the Z2 and Z1 Auto Travel CPAP Machine or Z2 and Z1 Travel CPAP Machine.

This Heat Moisture Exchanger does not require additional power, takes up a very little amount of space and is a perfect alternative to larger humidifiers.

Note: The Heat Moisture Exchanger is certified for 7 days of use, however user experience may vary depending on environmental conditions. The Heat Moisture Exchanger will NOT work with masks that have a short tube extended from the mask frame. It must be connected to a mask elbow.
