The headgear is made of elastic that easily stretches when you want to put on or take off your mask. Once your mask is in place, the headgear holds it securely throughout the night, even if you're an active sleeper or sleep on your side. If you need to adjust the fit of your headgear, you just need to adjust the split bands using the side clip on the side of the headgear.
